Introduction |
Project management tools and techniques help in conceptualizing projects, initiating project development, arranging project management tasks at various levels, establish resource requirements and finally deliver the projects on time and with the estimated costs and for the mentioned scope of the project. Therefore, any adverse impact on the performance of one subproject or tasks can impact the performance of the whole project and it will impact the business performance of the company.
